Form-Template

When I edit a title in the Form-Template for the database and save it, I go to the "edit data" and click on New. The changes to the label are note showing. Am I in the wrong location for editing the form?

Do you want to create a new entry ore edit?
What means changes to the label?
Do you use Joomla 3 or 4?

When looking at the Joodatabase List, I select the "Edit Data" link and select the record to edit. Where do I go to edit the layout of this form for this record?

I am trying to have my date field auto-update using the following code, and I am not sure where to go for this.
