Export button creates empty xls was created by Institucion Ferial de Extremadura
Hi, recently I have experienced that export button generates an empty .xls file with only the header of the database (the column names). I haven´t changed the php version or any other configuration. Can you help me, please?

Can you please check your menu settings?

Catalog -> Menu Settings -> Advanced -> Exportfields and Exportlimit

Also press F12 before you Export and check the Network output for errors.

If not! We need more information PHP Settings, Version and so on!

Thanks Dirk for the quick reply! I checked the settings and all was OK.
So... I reinstalled and now it works.
Sorry.
I remember to change the text of the export button to spanish and perhaps it influence in any way. Maybe I didn`t test the button after this change many weeks ago.
