Hi this is the error I have
Warning: File /customers/3/a/a/ovmv.be/httpd.www/tmp/com_joodb-pro-3.9.10.zip not uploaded for security reasons!
how can i fix this ?

Where and When is this message displayed?
In Joomla?

You should use the Joomla installer at the backend "Extensions=>Manage=>Install" to install JooDB

I found the problem it was akeba backup that overrides the installer from joomla and this components block the install of joodb
