Can't create new database

I have created a database table in MYSQL but when I try to use it to create a new datbase in joodatabase it does not give me options for the necessary fields except the ID field. My table has a primary key field (ID) and all other fields are text fiedls 3 of which ar indexed.

The Index must be a numeric field. Please post your table structure.
