Search Plugin was created by BCC1986
Hello,
JooDatabase has been great so far, however lately I'm having problems with the "Search" plugin.
Whenever I search a term in my database a result comes back listed as:
No data - The result was empty
I checked to make sure the Search plugin was enabled, which it was, yet it still doesn't work. If you have any other advice I'd appreciate it.
Thanks!

You have to make sure your table prefix starts with "jos" or the search will not return results. The search plugin will only search tables like this -> jos_my_new_table

I have had a problem with the search plugin (latest version 1.6)and on detailed debug found it was creating a fatal error which I tracked down to the load of the language file from joodb.php line 14. If I take this line out the search plugin works fine.
I am sure there may be knock on consequences (but does the plugin need the language file - as opposed to the component needing it?). Can anyone give a fuller more robust solution please?
Thanks
