Export XLS produces a Zero Byte File was created by mshackbarth.jmhsband
I have had JooDatabase installed for years on my site. Recently the Export XLS started creating/downloading blank files - Zero Bytes.
Any suggestions?
Joomla! 3.6.5
PHP Version 7.0.12

It works for us!
Can you please try to enable PHP error Output or look into you PHP error log?
Look in the menu entry settings of your catalog.
ADVANCED=>EXPORTFIELDS
Maybe you entered some none existing fieldnames!

I am able to get the export to work by going back to PHP 5.6 from PHP 7.0 - so I assume there is some incompatibility with the PHP 7.0
This site is on Blue Host (which I hate) and might be the version/implementation of PHP 7 they are using, they claim it to be BETA still
I am going to see if the problem occurs on another host on PHP 7.0 also

Going to re-activate this thread.
I can create this issue on multiple site installs on multiple hosts. EXPORT XLS will work correctly with PHP 5.6.X but when the site is changed to 7.X the EXPORT XLS returns a empty file.
