JooDB Contentplugin 3.1 > Joomla! 3.6.4 Stable

Contentplugin 3.1 is not working in Joomla 3.6.4!!!

If we turn the plugin on, then the whole website goes down. If we turn it off, then everything works right.

All this happens after a upgrading our Joomla. Joomla is working right. Just this Plugin is total bad. This happens with default templates and custom templates.

Could you please let us know how we can fix that.

It seems that Joomla 6.4 changed some behaviour and is incompatible with PHP < 5.6 in some functions no.

Please update Joodb to the current 3.2.1 Version.

If you are using php5.5 or lower please update your PHP version!

Das Contentplugin funktioniert immer noch nicht. Im deaktivierten zustand wird das Web sauber geladen. Sobald das Plugin aber aktiviert wird, ist die ganze Seite nicht mehr sichtbar. Wir verwenden gegenwärtig PHP Version 5.6.27.

Wir wollen das Plugin auf www.gobananas.ch verwenden. Mit Joomla Version 3.1 lief alles sauber. Nach dem Update ging nichts mehr.

Similar issue here. We ran the update from the Joomla Admin panel and both the main site and admin pages went to nothing, i.e. blank page.

I saw this thread, disabled the plugin in the database and the site worked again.

Clearly some issue with the plugin.

We tested the Plugin and it works on our servers.

Without a detailed error description we can not fix it.
Can you please try to enable PHP error reporting/display or look for the php error logfile.

There should be something like Error in line XXX on file plugins/content/joodb/joodb.php
