How to update JooDB from old Joomla 3 to New Joomla 4 version was created by d.hoeschen
Because we got this question a lot of times. Here is what you do.
  1. Uninstall JooDB component, plugins and module
  2. Update to Joomla4
  3. Install the latest JoodDB version for Joomla 4

Don't Worry. Your Data and the JooDB settings will not be touched!
