notepad function

Hi I have questions regarding the notepad function
1. I can add Items to the notepad, but cannot remove the Item
Do I understand it correctly, that once an item is present in the notepad,
the sign should change from the link to "-" and it should remove the item if you
click on it
2. Also I would like to know if it would be possible to send the list via Email to the
owner of the site and clear the list after that

Hi the problem with deleting the item from notepad is resolved
I had to put the "notepadbutton" into my first part of the item record in the catalog!
