Can I use a JooDB license on a dev-server?

YES!!!

If your development-server is your own computer (localhost) or in a private (192.168.x.x,10.x.x.x) network, JooDB will not ask for a license.

But even if your dev-server is an internet server with another domain/id than the final productive server (website) it is no problem.

Just enter the key and the name of the final project-domain. We don't evaluate the domainname. But your key will be bound with this domain and we can test the numbers of installation during the update process.

If you loose your installation or want to reinstall Joodb-Pro on a fresh system you just need to enter the license-key and domainname from the first activation again.

We are also able to reset the activation if necessary.
