How to change the default mail address for receiving new entries?

hello
Everytime that someone entered a new database entry, I would like to send an e-mail to the group, so they can folow all new entries.
I can get this group with 1 e-mail address.
So now I only have to change the mail address in de joodb, so it doesn't go to the admin mailaddress but to the group mail address.

However: I cannot find where in Joodb I can change the default mail address (admin) to this group mail address

Any suggestions?

If you haven't found it yet ,In the menu item section of Joomla, look at the menu edit item. There you should have your joodb form type. In the Parameters (Basic) you can choose your email address for the user.
