Joodb EditButton

When using {joodb editbutton} from the front end to edit my database record, it pulls the form for "My little DB." When I do the same for "My little DB", it pulls the correct form.

It works correctly only for the "My little DB" and not for any other DBs.

What do I need to correct this?

All the databases are pulling from the same URL:

{joodb|editbutton}
Worked with "My little DB"
Does not work for any other DB - Shows a template for "My little DB"

{joodb|editbutton|true}
Worked with "My little DB" - Window label - Edit database entry
Does not work for any other DB - Shows a template for "My little DB" - Window label "Add new database entry"

I can not approve this behaviour.

Can you please tell me the result url.
For example if you want to edit
joodb.feenders.de/db-example/f6-candy.html

The fom url should be
joodb.feenders.de/db-example/form/6-candy.html

URL:
/service/alabama-cemeteries/591-charles-stewart-cemetery
This sends me to the correct form for that record.

Edit Button:
/service/alabama-cemeteries/591
Does not send me the correct form.

It looks like the Edit Button is truncating at the "-"
