Trying to get property of non-object

Whenever I'm trying to go to "Linked Tables & Subtemplates"

I received the message:

And I cannot proceed.

I guess you have a corrupt #__joodb_settings table.

Try to delete the subitem entries using phpmyadmin or whatever
"DELETE FROM `jos_joodb_settings` WHERE `name` = 'subitem'"

And PLEASE: provide all necessary information the next time
