Can't SAVE, SAVE and CLOSE, CANCEL was created by sackbut
I don't know whether this is a Joomla or Joo issue. Joomla is uptodate (3.9.1) and Joo is uptodate (3.9.2 pro),

I go the Joo page listing all my databases and click one to open the Database properties editing page. On this page the "Save", "Save and close" and "Cancel" do not work anymore. I get a "Forbidden. You do not have permission to access this document". The database works OK in the Joomla page, but I cannot change anything. I have not had to use the editing for about 18 months, and it was OK then.

I tried editing other modules and they work OK.
