I am not sure where we are with this now...... confused hardly describes it.

Let's not go over the history, that in itself is confusing. I have never had any of the email addresses you mention. So where are we now ?

I can (obviously) log on to this forum and I get replies posted to my email address.

What are my credentials for the shop ?

What are my credentials for the PRO ticket system ?

Please send me a receipt for the purchase to the email address associated with the forum - I get the replies to my posts OK.

Please tell me how to access the PRO ticket system. I have a problem with PRO

No I did not get a receipt

And I cannot access the PRO ticket system. When I go there, it says "Welcome Sackbut" and shows a Log Out button, so I assume I am logged in.

But another message says "Access Denied". I do not understand this.

And PRO does not work correctly on the site

Not doing too well at the moment !
