Can user change own entries? was created by hardietz
On my website www.oudgermanisten.nl/vog/index.php/recensies the visitors of my site can, after login in, add their own publications and reviews.
After submitting, they want to change their own entries.
Is that possible with JooDatabase?

Thanks!

Harry

normaly YES, you can see and edit all itemms if you have a status as editor.

I dont believe, normaly its not possible thats your users can edit ONLY his own entry.

BUT you can try to solve this problem with the if-else function from joodaba, when you check the id of the crator of this item with the actual id of the user. Is the same, you can automaticly activate the link to edit...

But, a insider can use this way to go also to other items...

Sorry: after reading some articles more here i found the solution and answer from dirk here: User-ID
