Maybe you should choose a add manger. Even if the import will be ready. It will not import data from other Sites. I will import simple csv-data and excel tables.
To sychronize automatically with other sql servers is much mor complex as you imagine.

i would import ADS (about ADS MANAGER) from any user of any site to another site in the table of ADS MANAGER
