Joomla search component failed with external DDBB was created by jrepilado
Hello! Im using JooDatabase to show external database data in my website made with joomla 3.2 but wen i tried to use de search module and componetn provided by joomla an 1146 error ocurred.
I think that is because joomla is trying to search at joomla's database and not in the external database.

I need to use this search module and component even if i cant search at the external database but i dont know how make it work.

The Searchplugin will be updated the next version.
Meanwhile install the new Version attached to this post.

Has this been fixed yet? What do I do with the zip that you have, do I uninstall the entire joodb component or just the search plugin and install the zip?
