Undefined index error

Received the following error from default install of JooDB using sample data:

Front-end---->Menu Item--My LittleDB--->form-->Add,Edit,View (I click on the menu item) error message below is displayed above input fields.

Notice: Undefined index: _errors in C:\xampp\htdocs\Joomla\components\com_joodb\helpers\joodb.php on line 261.

I continue to enter data and click "Save" an get the following message:

The requested page cannot be found.

An error has occurred while processing your request.

You may not be able to visit this page because of:

an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
a mistyped address
a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
you have no access to this page
Home Page

If difficulties persist, please contact the System Administrator of this site and report the error below.

#404 Article # not found

When I check the table contents in phpmyAdmin it shows the record was recorded.


Configuration:

Using Joomla 3.3. with latest version of XAMPP 1.8 on Windows 7 OS, with joodb v2.2

My XAMPP security is as follows:

These XAMPP pages are no longer accessible by network for everyone -->SECURE
The MySQL admin user root has no longer no password
